Helpful MCLE Classes in all topics at a low cost for members

KCBA offered more than 35 units of MCLE in 2003, and is planning in excess of 35 units in 2004. Why travel to far flung places, stay in motels and pay outrageous fees for your required MCLE when you can get everything the State Bar requires right here in Bakersfield? The annual, day-long festival of MCLE programs, Cornucopia of Credits 2004, will occur either in November 2004 or January 2005.

Fee Arbitration program for resolving fee disputes with clients

State Bar rules require that you offer your clients a low cost fee arbitration system when you have a fee dispute. KCBA's arbitration program provides local attorneys to help you solve your fee disputes.
